Well well well what a Delightful Garage I am going to be honest as I have never brought from a garage before, as you normally get some lady or man trying to push this warranty that warranty and oh I have someone else coming in five minutes, it's my best offer, I am off tomorrow deals only good for a day, I will speak to my manager, it’s only worth how much :-(, Anyway Darren the owner and his Salesman were the most fantastic people ever, they guided me through the controls and features of the car etc and gave me there mobile numbers to call anytime haha , they are always happy to help where they can and happy to do what's needed. Rob the Mechanic is a laugh too, The other background team know there cars and no car goes out dirty, everything is spotless. The car valeting team do a grand job as well, I would 100% recommend this garage and team, I am so impressed anyway Keep up the good work guys

I bought an 11 year old Nissan from Brimelows 6 months ago and was nervous about buying a used car from a garage I didn't know but I haven't had a single problem with the car! I received a really fair price for the vehicle I traded in and am really pleased with the car I purchased, I would definitely return!

I bought a 2016 VW Caddy Maxi Life from these guys. I had spent a lot of time looking for this particular van and I couldn't find one with such low mileage in as good a condition as this one, and at this price. Good customer service is difficult to measure when everything goes well but it's when things go wrong that you get an idea of the company you are dealing with. The van showed a fault on one of the glow plugs after I'd had it for a while. I contacted Darren and without hesitation he told me to take it to my local garage (as I live 1.5hrs away from Brimlowes) pay for the repair and then he would reimburse me. This I did (multiple times as the fault wasn't an easy fix as we had hoped) each time I went to the garage, I paid my bill, sent the invoice to Darren at Brimlowes and he reimbursed me within the hour. Eventually we nailed down the issue and the van has been sound ever since. No one knows what issues can arise when buying a used vehicle. It can be a stressful and anxious time before, during, and after but, please rest assured that Brimlowes stands by their warranty. They are abundantly available, helpful and professional. This is an honest garage run by honest people . Just what you want when buying a 2nd hand vehicle!

If your after a 4x4, or a car this is the place to go. Bought my car from there been great, no problems. Ask for darren nothing is to much trouble, and very friendly, highly recommended this garage..
